artilerijos šaudmens tūta statusas T sritis Gynyba apibrėžtis Artilerijos šaudmens sudedamoji dalis, į kurią dedamas šaunamasis užtaisas, ↑kapsulė (↑kapsulinė įvorė) ir įvairūs priedai – liepsnos slopinimo medžiagos, vario šalinimo ritinėlis ir kt. Tai cilindro formos plonasienis, kelis kartus už savo skersmenį aukštesnis, vienu atviru galu indas. Į atvirąjį galą tvirtinamas sviedinys (vientisinio šaudmens) arba jis sandariai užkemšamas (dvinario ir trinario šaudmens). Dvinarių ir trinarių didelio kalibro artilerijos šaudmenų tūtos ppr. atskirtos nuo sviedinio. Tūtos dugne yra lizdas kapsulei (kapsulinei įvorei) įdėti. Dugnas būna kiek platesnis už tūtą ir sudaro aplink visą tūtą briaunelę arba prie pat dugno išorėje aplink visą tūtą išpjaunamas griovelis. Ir griovelis, ir briaunelė skirti išmetikliui užkabinti tūtą. Artilerijos šaudmens tūtos būna žalvarinės, plieninės ir popierinės.
